My iPhone cant be restored after battery replacement

Hi everyone!

Fiirst of all i would like you to apologize me for my bad english. So, here's my problem. A week ago my battery had been changed to a new one , but thanks to this its isnt working now. My power button and home button stopped working. I've read in this forum abouts chips which cause these problems , but my problem is a little bit different. I can't restore it at all. i 've tried everything , i made my phone to recovery mode i restored it 1000 times but after all restore ,i see only the itunes logo, and my itunes want to restore it all the time . So my ask is are there any possibilities to restore my phone or something else?
