Problems of my MBA usb port

Hi, everyone. There's should be 4 metal sticks lying in the right USB port. But 3 of them has been totally bent. I can't plug in any USB devices in it. How can I fix that? Should I fix that or replace that? If I need to replace that, it seems I cant find any parts related to the right USB port, what should I get?

Thanks for you help!!!!

You don't. USB port/logic board repair is not a DIY project. Soldering and repair of components on logic board requires special tools, solder & lots & lots of practice.

A service (computer or small electronics) might possibly repair the port, depends on how bent/damaged the port actually is.

You could replace the entire logic board (an advanced DIY project) as you completely disassemble then reassemble the box
