sony xperia has spots under glass after gluing

HI, I have problems with gluing the touchscreen to LCD. I follow all instructions on how to change the glass on the phone, but everytime the spots appear under the glass. It is not bubbles but something like shadows spots.... I do not know what can I do wrong during the changing of glass.... thank for any advice
