Tablet Refuses to Maintain Personalization

Hi guys! Each time my tablet is turned off it automatically resets all my personalization. Apps I deleted reappear on my home screen and pages I deleted are suddenly back. There are two accounts on the tablet and only mine (the secondary account) rearranges itself. Not particularly a disaster, but uber annoying. Any way it can be fixed? Thanks for the help! I hope this question is not already answered... If it is I apologize for the repeat.

This is a software not a hardware issue. As a matter of policy we don't do software problems, hardware only.

I suspect the main user has enable a "guest" or non-permanent account and that is why you can not personalize it talk to the owner of the box to make you an account.
