Icons on home screen gone

My grandson played with my phone and now I only have a few icons on home screen-1 titled "photography" which shows some icons, not all. 2 others say "utilities" but many of my icons are missing. Suggestions?

Options

Tap Settings App > General > Reset (near bottom) > Reset Home Screen Layout. If you are having trouble finding the Settings App, slide screen all the way to the right to get the search screen, and type setting.
