I need to upgrade HHD from 320GB to a Higher capacity

I have a Macbook pro 17" early 2009 i would like to replace the old 320GB HHD for a bigger one ( not solid SSD cause are not that big and are $$$) how ig in capacity can this model hold ?

I use a Seagate SSHD 1 TB for upgrading this machine. I've installed about 20 now with no failures or problems. This is a hi bred drive and you also get a speed bump on startup and program loading at a very reasonable price (around $110) (look for sales).
