making a clear lcd screen

Hi, I have been repairing some iPods lately and iPhones, something that is really bugging me is that fact that everytime I finish the job and put everything back together there is a smudge of some sought or a tiny bit of dust or hair. Now I have been using a lint cloth. My question is what spray can I use and what cloth, so the iPod looks as it did before? thanks

I always use a microfibre cloth - it's a special one for glass/windows

to get rid of the dust i use canned air (computer or electronic stores should have it)

andrew is right, but sometims - the dust is already in the device and when you open it, the dust spreads all over the lcd/screen

avoid touching the screen/lcd with your fingers - there are special "electronic gloves" to avoid this problem

+ Didn't think to consider about dust already under there, good advice.

You need to make sure you are working in a clean environment, that is the easiest fix. There is no real special trick to it, just make sure hair and dust don't get under there in the first place.

Hope this helps!
