Why is my screen unresponsive?

I have blue stripped lines on my screen and it seems like it's frozen. the screen is unrepsonsive. what would be the problem ?

Try holding down the home button and the power button at the same time until the apple logo appears. Make sure your iPhone is on when you restart it. (You won't lose any data during this.) If that doesn't fix it try replacing the screen, there are two options:

Vertical lines is a indication that the screen cables arnt seeded correctly

Open up disconnect flex cables reconnect them and hopefully that's it sorted
