How to extract data straight from kindle fire motherboard?

My kindle fire died a while back and i teared it down, eventually doing nothing with the LCD screen with which i wanted to make an extra screen. Well back to the main point, i still have the motherboard and I would like to recover everything i had on the kindle before it died. Is it possible to recover this data straight from the MOBO without using the screen or such? If so how would I do it? Thanks in advance.

Options

Did you back it up? If not you need to re-assemble your Kindle and replace the damaged parts. Then you can off load what it had on it (backing it up).
