Why will my monitor not power up?

When I try to turn my monitor on, nothing happens. I've made sure it's plugged in, but it still won't turn on.

The power button becomes non-functional on my AL1912 ... note similar model number. I fixit it about once a year like this Press and Hold these three buttons on the lower control panel:

> (right arrow) + Menu + Power

When the power comes on you are done.

Hit the power button which is located below the screen of the monitor. The green light should appear If monitor is working properly. If no light appears, this indicate that you need to replace power supply board.
