Is it metal? Are you replacing anything? It looks like it's a piece of foam from something you were trying to replace. Is that correct?

I think it's a capacitor or an inductor, but the pins are damaged and can not weld it again and I have to replace it.

It was removed because the "technician" who preceded me glued to the motherboard with cyanoacrylate glue ...

Si è staccato perchè il "tecnico" che mi ha preceduto ha incollato la scheda madre con colla cianoacrilato...
