Where is the antenna?

Hi iFixIt,

i would like to know the position of the mobile/wifi/bluetooth/GPS antenna on the iPhone 3G/3GS/iPad.

Your assistance to the above is much appreciated.

This guide explains where the GPS antenna is at least, the other antennas may be housed in there as well, I am unsure.

for the iPhone, it's screwed in by the ringer/silent switch and goes behind the headphone jack. As stated above I believe this is just GPS and WiFi but I'm not entirely sure.

You have to be more specific. Each model is different

Iphone 3G and 3GS both have GPS/WIFI/BT combo antenna at the top. iPad wifi has a 2.4G WIFI/BT antenna and a 5G WIFI antenna. no GPS antenna in iPad wifi model
