Plug in to Itunes with RED Itunes logo?
Replaced screen, restored, now this. Help? Already tried DFU, new cable, restart computer.

In the last update of Itunes, version 12.0.1.26. Apple changed the Logo from the original blue to red.

Turn off phone then plug in charging port to start the device up don't usee power button.
As soon as the you plug in charging port and screen lights up remove the charging port straight away and see does it boot up normally
Update
This little trick does work in most cases
