NFC aerial Does the Z1 Need it?

I broke the back of my z1 and got a back plate however it doesn't have an NFC Aerial. can i live without it?

Andrew, since the NFC antenna is used to connect with other devices at close range, you should get away without it. Hope this helps, good luck.
