vegasvibe, could be as simple as a bad cable to as complicated as a bad LED driver or a bad panel. Only buy with the understanding that it may cost you more to fix it. First you want to find out if an external display flickers to. If it does then you know it already has GPU problems which is $$$ to fix. Proceed with caution....
