Go over all your connectors and connections again. Often those that were "thought" or "believed" to be good were lose, not snapped in, ribbon cables not inserted fully and locked.

I did that several times but still no screen back light. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd LED lights in logic board are all green and the forth is off (that's is normal). Is there is any procedure to diagnose the problem? I will try to return the original hard drive and connect back the temperature sensor connector to the original HDD and will try deferent booting shortcuts. Is there any fuse or protection for the display which I can fix or reset? Waiting for more help with many thanks to you.

Connect to an external monitor... nothing there points to GPU/VGC LED 4 - Indicates that the computer and the LCD display panel are communicating. This LED will be ON when the computer is turned on and video signal is being generated. If the LED is ON and there is no image on the LCD display panel, the LCD display panel or inverter might be installed incorrectly or need replacement. So if LED 4 is off your GPU/VGC is bad/ loose.
