Need broken parts identification.

I'm trying to replace the lightning connector assembly and loudspeaker on my 16gb iphone 5 but I have run into a problem. I ordered and received the parts but they seem to be different or something. First the loudspeaker from my phone had some sort of square flat ground cable stuck to the top of it that had screw terminals at both ends, one screwed to bottom right corner frame and the other screwed to lightning connector screw down. I apparently broke this removing the speaker yet the new one I ordered did not have this ribbon so what is it and where do I get one.

Secondly, the lightning connector and headphone jack assembly I removed form my phone has a ribbon connection on the far left side of the headphone jack and wraps around the back of the jack but is broken there and I don't know where it goes or what it's for. The new part I ordered does not have this on it so again what is it and where do I get one.

These are parts of the antenna, they're readily available on the internet.

i think these parts are not so easy to break, either you removed these parts very carelessly or the ifixit guides are too misleading. The speaker and the charging port should be removed separately, unlike what the guide says.
