Headphones not working properly after changing Lightning Connector

Hey guys,

i just finished replacing the Lightning Connector and Headphone Jack of my iPhone 5. Everthing seems to work fine except my headphones. There is a a lot of static in the sound and the pause/play and volume buttons do not work anymore.

I did transfer the grounding cable from the edge of the headphone jack and redid the guide twice but i could not figure out what i was doing wrong.
