No sound bug could be solved?

Some lumia 720 users faces the 'no sound' problem. Unexpected, your celphone doesn't make any sound by it loud speaker, you can use it to make calls normally. If you blow with your mouth and hit the speaker grill with your finger, the sound comes back but by the time it goes again.

The question: Changing the speaker could solve this problem? If not, i love my lumia, is it the best way to change the model to another?

Theoretically, yes. Try the link on this page and see if it shows how to change the speaker. How can I open lumia 720

Also sounds like a hardware issue. Have you contacted Nokia or your carrier for a replacement?

Yes, but they told me get my firmware back to Windows Phone 8.0 as it was The original firmware and they have The bug list for it. I've tryed Nokia Firmware Recovery Tool but it upgraded even more my phone Os
