How do I change the casing of my T-mobile g2

my T-Mobile g2 has scratches all over it, and the left side of the screen is not responding to touches, how do I fix the screen without changing it,and I would like a guide on how to change the casing

Options

The digitizer is adhered to the screen. You can't change one without the other. Also if you want a guide www.Youtube.com is your best bet.
