My iPhone is working but the screen is black and blue.

It's working, receive txts,calls, play music through my earphones, But the screen is totally black with blue lines, and all I did was nothing it just went black and blue, and only a thin line on the very top can be seen, and i use it to see the battery level, what should i do? i already did the 'pressing the home button and power button at the same time for 30-60sec' and did not work.

It sounds to me like a screen replacement is needed, if you replace the screen yourself please do not buy a cheap screen try and buy original or oem screen for your iPhone and follow a guide on ifixit.

Someone correct me if I'm mistaken, but you cannot buy an OEM iphone screen. You need to find a reputable vendor that sells high quality screens. I use Mobile Defenders .com
