My I phone keeps prompting me to restore over and over

I restore phone and after it restores it prompts me to restore again?

Take your SIM card out, power I-phone off atleast a hour, if possible try a friends SIM

card on start up, Also watch the apps you install don't over due it with apps.

Plug I-phone into PC on start up ,restore it on PC as well as update it 2-3 times a month on

PC. Also make sure SIM card has clean contacts and use a differrent sync cord to charge and update

your I-phone ,
