Seeking Signal and Battery Drains Super Quickly

Hi,

The other day I noticed that my iPhone 5 signal has disappeared and just showed "Seeking" also when I remove the sim card and tray it does not show "No Sim" on the iPhone and when you put it back into the phone still shows "Seeking"

Also the battery just drains from 100% to 80% within 10 minutes without me doing anything on the iPhone even in Airplane Mode.

So what do you think is wrong with the iPhone?

i have the seeking problem, but not the draining problem.

we ( a repair shop in the UK), believe the problem is logic board related but have never been able to find a fix that works.

The best option for you would be to book a genius bar appointment and go to see apple, they will exchange the phone for a new iphone 5 for free is you are in warranty or if you are out of warranty they will charge you a fee for the replacement.
