extreme overheating issues core i5

i have a core i5 760 processor and asus p7h55/usb3 mb.... for past two years i am facing overheating

while ideal its 60c

load 98c

i had my processor replaced and upgraded a new psu corsair

500w.....but still it overheats .....

are you using a stock cpu cooler? many stock coolers work fine at the start but dont hold up well over time,could also be not enough thermal paste or crappy thermal paste

Or no thermal paste, failed fan, clogged fan vent.
