MacBook Pro Early 2011 A1286 can not see the disk

Hello,

I was hacked and removed the network card. After this deleting plist settings the MacBook Pro showed a map icon with a question mark.

I discovered that the Intel CPU Remote Management re-set som features in the CPU and disk controller I can not change.

Do you have a lowlevel resetting to standard settings I can use?

Cheers,

Flemming

Can you clarify the problem that you're having? I believe that you own a MacBook Pro, not a PowerBook, based on age and model number. It sounds like your computer can't read either the hard disk or an inserted optical disk. If you're looking for a low-level reset, you would need to do a PRAM reset or an SMC reset.

I'm 99.99% positive he meant MBP, not PB so I corrected those references.
