What replacement part when I snapped the antenna cable?

I have had an accident! Whilst repairing an iPhone 5s I stupidly forgot about the antenna cable attached to the back of the 5s logic board when removing the board.

I would just like to understand:

1. Which part is it attached to?

2. What part do I need for a replacement?

3. What services will this affect?
