How to replace trackpad?
Trackpad is going crazy on my laptop. I'm wondering if it is easy to replace it on Retina laptop?

Beyond difficult. At Apple if you want to replace the trackpad, you'd have to replace the entire case.
If you decide to repair it yourself, you will need to shove the battery off the case and then get access to the trackpad. You'd pretty much ruin the battery for sure so you need a new battery pack as well.
