would this part work as a replacement?

This is actually a question for OldTurkey (but it relates to this issue):from here

I have the same problem with an iPhone 5 except I knocked off the L45 component. I am having trouble finding a replacement at both 90 ohm and 50 mA, so would this part work as a replacement?
