ok so I broke the glass on my iphone 4s changed the front screen with lcd and digitizer now the a glitch but only some times on certain screens like safari, and, a game I play. but works just fine other times what am I missing?

As con said, you need to provide more information. But it is most likely a faulty screen. Try another screen and see if the issue persists.
