hey my iPod broke out of warrenty but apple kindly said day would replace as if it was under warrenty cus it was 14munths old,

but the replacement has a problem too the home button presses itself,

would my new replacement iPod have a new warrenty?

Should have but only Apple can say for certain. I would contact the people who provided the replacement. Ralph
