Mutimeter checks out that power runs on Kenmore Elite Electric Dryer?

I have a Kenmore Elite Electric Dryer Model 110.62992101. Cycle timer starts but wont advance past a few seconds and stops. cycle timer sounds buts no lights eliminate for moisture sensor. I changed door switch.

Checked the thurmaster by bypassing the fuse, and experienced no difference in the symptoms.

When I had a problem with the thurmaster the past, the timer advanced and it turned on but there was no heat. My problem this time is that it is acting as if there is no power when there is power to everything I have tested with my multimeter and I just don't know what else to try.

The light turns on inside the barrel but it will not turn.

The timer advances only a few seconds on the timed dry only for about 10 seconds and stops. somehow the timer advances to the end cycle buzzer and sounds annoyingly until I turn it off but I cannot detect the timer rotating.

You may be only getting 1/2 of the power needed. The dryer runs on two 120 volt circuits.

The wall plug should have a ground and two 110-120 volt lines. Plug your multimeter into both hot lines and see if you are getting 220- 240 volts.
