dell inspiron 1525 not booting Fatal system error message

When I turn on my computer immediately window error recovery message pops up giving me the option to start normal or launch start up recovery. After a couple of minutes w/out clicking anything a blue screen saying STOP: C000021a {fatal system error}. What do i do? I have disks that the computer came with but nothing happens when i put them in drive

Options

Hi, Here is a link to Dell for the service manual for your computer. It should have a chart of the error codes and provide other info on troubleshooting your laptop. Good luck.
