Missing parts on logic board

Hi. Am trying to fix a logic board but have run into a couple of problems. I am missing a component but have no idea what it is and second I have pads missing from under the battery connector. I know how to use jumper wire to bypass the pads on an iphone 4 but can not find out how to do it on the iphone 5.

Does anyone know the name of the missing component and how to solve the pad problem.

Thanks very much

trevor, from your pictures (not quite clear since the component has not been marked) it appears that your charging and USB Control Chip CSD75202w15 is missing
