So, I am now on my second screen. The second being from iFixit and I thought it would be better but it isn't. My screen starts to think I am touching it when I am not randomly. I can't figure out why. Have I just gotten 2 bad screens?

No. The only thing that worked was getting a new screen. The ones that do that are defective.
My screen is the same problem. And that part does not have the black tape, what can I do to solve this madness?

Just use standered electrical tape cut a small square and tape it to the flex
