Microsoft Surface wont Boot up

Hi,

My Surface RT began to have to a problem to boot up, which was that the tablet would turn on and freeze on the surface logo screen, and just stay there, i tried many solutions but none have worked, please help me to fix it.

Options

Hi,

If the problem is SW you can refresh or reset the Windows. By resetting you will lose all your data.
