Sound through dock connector and people who call me have an echo

Hello,

recently i had to replace my dockconnector as well as my loud speaker because both weren't working properly. After the replacement the speaker did work but the sound wasn't coming through the left speaker thing(do not know how to call it) but the sound came out of the dockconnector?!?!

And on top of that my callers get an echo from themselves if they call me..

I have no clue what and how to fix this..

Hi it sounds like you might have gotten some bad quality parts, once you replaced a broken loudspeaker with a new one it should sound the same as the original one when it was on good condition. The dock connector for the 4S has a MIC on it, it sounds like that part might also be bad if they are hearing an echo from your mic.

I would recommend replacing them both again (email your vendor and ask for an exchange) if not you can try buying some higher quality parts for a trusted vendor.

Make sure that this is also on the mic if not it could be causing your problem
