How to tell the difference of different Samsung Galaxy SIII carriers?

I have a white Samsung Galaxy SIII that will not power on due to a damaged LCD Screen. I want to complete a Screen Assembly replacement but I do not know which carrier (CDMA / GSM) screen assembly to purchase. How can I tell the difference between them?

Options

All the LCD screen are the same but the supporting frames under the screen are different. So if you choose the LCD screen only, but if you want to complete a screen assembly with the frame, you'd better be careful and choose your version's replacement.

i only take a simple picture to show you the main differences among them(the replacements info all from http://www.witrigs.com/samsung-galaxy-s3...).

The area 1 you can see the contour is different.

And area 2.3.5 are a little different can be seen from picture.

The most important is area 4, there printed the version number.
