It is possible that you might had gotten a bad screen. But before considering that I would make sure that all the screens cables are properly attached to the logic-board. Also perform a hard reset on the iPhone but holding the power and home button for around 12 seconds.
If that doesn't work it is very possible that the replacement screens is bad, contact the vendor you purchased it from for a warranty replacement.
