Stripped screws on trackpad

My trackpad started malfunctioning. I got it checked out and was told it was indeed the trackpad and that I needed a new one. I ordered the trackpad from iFixIt without the screws thinking I would be able to use the current screws. When the new trackpad arrived, I took my computer apart without any problems. When I got to the part where I needed to remove the trackpad screws, I got one out with no problem but the rest were not budging. Now they're stripped and I can't figure out how to take them out. I'm afraid to use a drill or anything heavy duty, since everything in the computer is exposed.

Any ideas? Also, I'm assuming I should now by the new screws to install the new trackpad?
