after glass replacement lcd wont come on

so i changed the glass on my galaxy note 2 and when i took of the broken glass and tried to see if the lcd still worked the phone turned on n showed everything then i shut the phone of and was cleaning it with a soft cloth and i tried he phone again because i was going to put the glass on already and the phone didn't want to show any image you can hear sound n the digitizer is working but no image. if your in a very dark room you can see some light on the screen with black spots and everytime i press the power button the screen flickers

Unfortunately sounds like the LCD is damaged. These Galaxy phones are built with the digitizer and LCD fused together. They are not made to be seperated, since damage to the LCD is possible.

It would be best to buy the touchscreen assembly (digitizer and LCD unit) and replace the damaged parts. I know it costs more this way, but you can chalk this up as a learning experience.
