Fan runs screen is black.

Turn on the fan starts, no sound, screen is black. The fan will not shut off either I have to take out battery. Had upgrade hd and ram by apple, has not worked after second day i brought home.

I would remove and reinstall the ram before I tried anything else. If that doesn't resolve your problem see if Apple will provide you with a no cost repair since it failed so soon after their work. If neither solution is successful let us know and we will suggest other repairs. Ralph
