replaced battery not charging or turning on

i replaced the battery using the guide, now the iPhone 5 won't turn on or charge, plugged it into my computer and outlet with no response

i took my time to make sure all the connection were secure.

Try the old battery you took out if it was working it could be a bad battery you got..

thanks, i just got it to turn on, the phone continues to vibrate every 3 seconds, but no image on the screen, i think i might have injured one of the cables when i pulled off the screen.

Bummer a new display will be needed if you have damaged the flex cables for the screen
