Water damaged computer still turns on but doesn't open OSX?

The computer will simply turn on, the LED light shining and the initial screen flicker.

I noticed that the vast majority of the water damage is around the RAM.

What do I need to do to get this thing running again?

It has been cleaned with alcohol and no blow dryers. The LED light is steady. I'll do the other suggestions and update in a bit.

Try holding down Option and see what shows up, if anything.

Try putting the install DVD into the MacBook and as you start up, press and hold D

Is the LED light steady? or does it blink a certain amount of times?

Options

Remove the battery, power chord and topcase and let it dry. Remove the RAM and harddrive. Clean any suspected area with isopropyl alcohol. Don't use a blow dryer! Put everything back together and start it from the system disk - good luck.
