Stops running after a while

My G4MDD starts up fine and runs for a while (15 minutes or so) but then it completely stops responding. It seems like it may be a heating issue. Any ideas of how to trouble shoot this?

Options

Try installing iStatspro to monitor the temperatures of the machine. This way you can see if its a heat issue.
