Removing and Replacing Hard Drive SATA Data Cable?

I had my EMC2134 diagnosed after a gray screen and it was the SATA cable from the hardrive to the motherboard. Are there any step by step instructions to remove it. It looks tricky as it is under a metal bracket. Currently I have it jury rigged and I've confirmed the cable is the problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry to say its a bit of work to take the old cable out to replace it as you need to pull the logic board out to get to it. Follow this guide on the needed process iMac Intel 20" EMC 2133 & 2210 Logic Board Replacement while this is a different model than what you have its very similar.
