iPhone 5 Interconnect cables damaged

Hello, one of my interconnect cables is damaged, (the one with the two bends)... i read somewhere that that specific cable is related to GPS, and a fault will cause the GPS to stop working. Anyways, i disconnected it but left the other attached.

The other looks ok (no damage), however i am not getting any reception at all. When i do manage to get reception it is one bar of GPRS, extremely weak.

Anyone have any ideas?

Answer this question I have this problem too
