How delete apple id

hi bought iphone 4s from hand. there was apple id. how i can delete it. i restored the phone and now he asking apple id. i dont know email and he changed his phone number. please help me

Options

Go to settings then scroll down to App Store and iTunes press it then press on the Apple ID name and sign out
