Screen red pixels are not working

My screen apears to have given up on showing anything red, meaning it seems asif the red pixels are not activating. I did drop it before this happened but right after the drop it was fine, I checked. Could it be a connector internally?

I did try to factory restore and turn the phone off and on, I can't do a hard reset due to my power button not working.
