I dropped my iphone4 last night. I can hear alerts but screen is black. not even a shadow of an image. what do i do?

Turn the phone off. Use this guide to get to the connectors for the LCD:

Step 7. Reseat the LCD connectors and reassemble. If still nothing it might be time to replace teh LCD...
