How to attach the wifi antenna to the logic board?

Replacing an lcd and glass on an iPhone 4 and when i am putting everything back together, i cannot get the screen to light up at all. How does the wifi clip attach to the logic board, there's a stupid metal clip under it with a prong up and a prong down, how does this fit being that theres all the connections there? does it go under it?

without this i tried turinging the phone on and it is vibrarting and itunes says its disabled? but the screen is black. what am i doing wrong.

please help me

The big black clip is called "Camera Cowling", there is a metal washer at the top to conduct wifi signal and 2 clips at the bottom to hook up with the frame. Install the cowling slightly towards the battery, then push it up with tweezers to hook up the clips
